CineTorrent respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement.

Our Role as an Index

This site does **not host, store, or distribute any copyrighted files** on its server. We function as a search engine or index, sourcing all movie data, including metadata and torrent links, from the publicly available YTS API. We simply provide an easy-to-use interface to access information that is already available on the internet.

All external links and content are the property of their respective owners. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, legality, or practices of third-party sites.

How to File a Copyright Infringement Notification

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content on our site infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a DMCA notification. To do so, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:
